Snoring can be so annoying especially when you keep on hearing it at night. It would cause sleep deprivation to snorers and to those around them. There are a lot of causes as to why one snores and some of them might be due to: Throat weakness, causing the throat to close during sleep. Mispositioned jaw, often caused by tension in the muscles. Fat gathering in and around the throat. Obstruction in the nasal passageway and could be a symptom for sleep apnea which hubby has. I am glad that he was able to find out how to stop snoring through his doctor’s advice to use CPAP (Continues Positive Airway Pressure) which he puts on when he is sleeping to give enough air pressure so that unobstructive breathing becomes possible and it really helped a lot getting rid of his snoring while he has it on when sleeping. He is loving it too because he could sleep good and he won’t be able to hear himself snor.
